them off the grocery stores

I think there are lot's of recipe available to make Ice Cream. I made with the help of following. I got a book and made different recipes from it and really love it. I am still experiencing different from it.

Preparation Time : 10 mins.
Cooking Time : Nil.
Serves 4.
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 cup milk powder
½ cup (100 grams) fresh cream
1/3 cup powered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients together and whisk well till the sugar dissolves.
2. Pour into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is semi-set.
3. Churn in a blender till all the ice crystals break down and transfer into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is firm. Scoop and serve.

Wow, Icecream recipe. I was looking for such a good recipe. I don't know how to make a Ice cream at home, I tried many a time but didn't make a good one. I think I should try this and check it out how exactly I can do it. I share with you guys later about this experience.
